The model used in this project renovation is HMGB132, with an air volume of 100m3/min and a pressure of 98kpa. The magnetic levitation blower adopts a magnetic bearing, which realizes high-speed and stepless speed adjustment without contact loss and mechanical loss, making the blower operation more efficient. The installation of the magnetic levitation blower is relatively simple, and the later maintenance only needs to replace the air filter, which greatly reduces the maintenance cost and greatly improves the company's efficiency.

    The application of magnetic levitation centrifugal blowers in domestic pharmaceutical factories has been in operation for nearly 10 years, and has been recognized and praised by users.At present, the magnetic levitation centrifugal blower has been serialized, with a power from 50kW~1000kW, an inlet flow from 19m3/min~500m3/min, and a maximum pressure of 120Kpa, which can basically meet the needs of major sewage treatment plants.

    The magnetic levitation centrifugal blower mainly adopts magnetic bearing technology and high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor, which rotates the motor rotor at high speed, thereby driving the impeller to work, without coupling and speed increase box complex system, to achieve friction-free, oil-free operation, so that its operation efficiency is high and dry traditional blowers. The energy consumed in the pharmaceutical processing process accounts for more than 60% of the entire pharmaceutical plant, so the choice of energy-saving and cost-saving magnetic levitation blowers is an inevitable development trend in today's pharmaceutical industry.
