One minute analysis of positive pressure blower and negative pressure blower

These two concepts start with atmospheric pressure.

Normal pressure refers to one atmosphere, that is, the pressure of the gas produced by the atmosphere in which we normally live. A standard atmospheric pressure is 101325Pa. 100,000Pa=100KPa, so "a standard atmospheric pressure" we also commonly use 100KPa or 101KPa. Due to different geographical location, altitude, temperature and other factors, the actual atmospheric pressure in each place is not equal to the standard atmospheric pressure. However, for the purpose of simplification, normal pressure can sometimes be approximated as a standard atmospheric pressure, that is, 100KPa.

Positive pressure, simply put, refers to the gas state that is higher than normal pressure. For example, positive pressure is generated at the outlet of the pump or pump when the Roots blower supplies air and pumps up bicycle or car tires.

Negative pressure refers to the gas state that is lower than the atmospheric pressure, that is, we often say "vacuum". For example, the vacuum pump works in a negative pressure environment; When you drink a drink through a tube, the tube is negative pressure; The suction cups used to hang things also have negative pressure inside.

Therefore, the positive pressure blower can be popularly understood as the blower equipment for blowing air, and the negative pressure blower is the equipment for pumping air. If you have any questions about our products, please feel free to contact us.
