How to adjust the air suspension turbo blower?

The air suspension turbo blower needs to be debugged before use. Commissioning the turbo blower is not only to check whether the turbo blower can be used normally, but also to effectively improve the efficiency of the turbo blower.


1. When the air suspension turbo blower starts at full pressure, it is necessary to pay attention to the current size. In general, the current of full pressure starting is about 5-7 times the rated current. When the air suspension turbo blower is started at reduced voltage, the torque of the reduced voltage starting is generally proportional to the square of the voltage. If the capacity of the grid is insufficient, then the voltage reduction start-up should be adopted.

2. When commissioning the air suspension turbo blower, close the valve on the outlet of the turbo blower or the outlet pipe, and slowly open the valve after the turbo blower runs until the working condition requires it, and regularly check whether the running current of the turbo blower exceeds the rated current.

3. When commissioning the air suspension turbo blower, the number of people present needs to be more than two, one person controls the power supply, and the other person observes the operation of the turbo blower. If the problem is found, it can be stopped quickly to prevent accidents.

4. When commissioning the air suspension turbo blower, it is necessary to check the operation manual of the product to see whether the line on the operation manual is consistent with the line on the turbo blower, whether the power supply is in the same phase or in the same phase, and whether the capacity of the electrical components matched meet the demand. No matter what type of turbo blower needs to check this step.

5. When the air suspension turbo blower reaches the normal speed, measure whether the input current of the turbo blower is normal, and the running current of the turbo blower should not exceed the rated current. If the running current exceeds the rated current, the supply voltage should be checked to see if it is normal.

6. When the air suspension turbo blower is debugging and starting, it should be started at low speed first, and then started at high speed. It should be noted here that if the high-speed start is required, the turbo blower should be fixed before starting, so as to prevent the direction of the turbo blower from changing when it is running at high speed, resulting in switch trip and motor damage.
