1. Exhaust flow problem

The exhaust pressure and flow rate are compared with the performance curve of the compressor to see if they meet, so as to find out the problem and find out the solution.

2. Compressor reversal

Check that the rotation direction is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the compressor housing.

3. Low inspiratory pressure

Check against the instructions to find out why.

4. The molecular weight does not match

Check the relative molecular weight and chemical composition of the actual gas, compared with the value specified in the manual, if the actual is smaller than the specified, the exhaust pressure is insufficient.

5. Low running speed

Check the running speed, compared with the instructions, if the speed is low, the speed of the drive should be increased.

6. From the exhaust side of the suction side of the circulation increased

Check the flow rate of circulating gas, check the external piping, check the opening of circulating gas valve, and adjust the circulation amount when it is too large.

7. The pressure gauge or flow meter is faulty

Check each measuring instrument, find problems should be corrected, repaired or replaced in time.
