Take a Vietnamese customer to visit our factory

Last week we led a Vietnamese customer to a factory inspection. In manufacturing and supply chain management, factory inspection usually involves a comprehensive audit and evaluation of the factory's facilities, production processes, labor conditions, environmental protection measures, etc. Here are some of the things we might do when leading a customer's factory inspection:

1. Itinerary Planning: Determine the schedule and itinerary of the factory inspection, including factory visits, meeting arrangements and other necessary activities.

2. Explain factory inspection standards: Explain factory inspection standards and requirements to customers to ensure that customers understand the key issues that need attention during the inspection process.

3. Factory tour: Provide customers with a comprehensive tour inside the factory, including production workshops, facilities and equipment, labor living areas, etc., so that customers can understand the actual situation of the factory.

4. Communicate with plant management: Assist customers to communicate with plant management to understand the management system, production capacity, quality control measures and environmental policies of the plant.

5. Record and feedback: Record the customer's concerns and problems during the factory inspection process, and make comprehensive feedback to the customer after the factory inspection, provide necessary suggestions and improvement suggestions.

These efforts will help to ensure that the customer has a clear understanding of the situation in the factory, as well as help the customer better manage the supply chain and choose the factory to work with. If you are interested in our products, please feel free to contact us.
