1.Phase-deficient operation

When the motor is in normal operation, the three-phase load is symmetrical load, so the three-phase current is more balanced. If the motor is short of phase when it is in operation, it will lead to the vibration of the blower, abnormal sound, the temperature of the motor, resulting in the motor burn out. If the motor quality of the blower is not good, it only takes ten minutes to burn out.

2.The bearing of the blower is damaged

Because the temperature of Roots blower rises after a long time of operation, if the grease of bearings is not added in time, the bearing will be short of oil until the bearing is damaged. There will also be bearing bending, belt breakage and so on.

3. The air valve is not open

Because some air valves are not opened after Roots blower is started, when the blower runs in such a condition, it will lead to the motor operating temperature of Roots blower to rise. At this time, the blower does not close in time. When the fan runs in such a condition, it will also lead to the motor operating temperature rising until the motor is burned down.

4. Be affected with damp

Because of the distribution cabinet or motor of Roots blower, the insulation of the blower is reduced by water or moisture, which is also a common cause of damage. There is no way to protect this reason. Only when the blower is in use, the insulation of the blower can be shaken regularly. Before the motor of the fan fails, the fan can be dried and re-dipped.
