1. The impact of material performance

(1) If the material has a certain viscosity or contains part of the viscous substance, or due to moisture after sticky, in the conveying process will have part of the material stuck to the pipe wall, especially the pipe wall at the bend, the number of conveying times, the adhesive material is thicker and thicker, resulting in reduced section, increased resistance, causing blockage.

(2) Some materials, such as dry plastic powder, although not viscous, but due to the friction during the transportation process, the particles are charged and generate gravity, and will adhere to the wall or caking, and the faster the transportation speed, the more serious.

(3) If there is debris in the material such as wood blocks, cotton yarn, etc., it is also possible to form a blockage during transportation.

2、The impact of pipeline quality

(1)If the gas seal at the pipeline interface is not tight, or because the bend wears through and other reasons, the gas leakage in the middle, the gas velocity will also cause blockage.

(2)When the bend is repaired, the curvature radius is reduced and the resistance is increased, which is also easy to cause blockage.

3、Influence of variation of air source parameters

(1)If the gas supply system fails, the insufficient gas supply or pressure will reduce the airflow degree, and the increase of the mixing ratio will cause the material to settle and clog.

(2)Some materials can cause blockage due to high humidity of the air source.

4、Influence of operation method

(1)The feeding system is not uniformly fed, and when the feeding amount greatly exceeds the design capacity, it may cause blockage.

(2)The order of operation is reversed, such as the sealing parts are not ventilated seal, the commutator is not correct to open the air supply, or the discharger is full of materials, the discharge is not smooth and the speed of the air supply is too slow, etc., may cause blockage.

(3)The pressure of the speeder is too high, the flow rate is too large, and the opposite effect is generated, which obstructed the material progress and may form a blockage.
